CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION & LATENESS POLICY✮ ♡ Things can come up unexpectedly, but I kindly ask that you respect my time and business when booking. Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 50% of the base service price. ♡ Clients who are 15 minutes late will have their appointment canceled and will be charged 50% of the base service price as a late fee. POLICY ✮ ♡ Please come with bare nails if you currently have a set from another nail tech. I do not work over other artists’ work. ♡ No additional guests are allowed during your appointment — this is a firm policy. ♡ Once your appointment is booked, you’ll get a text with the exact location and full appointment details. ♡ Have questions or concerns ?
